RE: [OT] Redhat web application framework

I think this is the old Arsdigita Community System.  Great Idea.  Bad Docs.
If you want something to give you a headstart on development try
basicportal.sf.net.  Easy to understand although not nearly as much
functionality... but maybe you can add some?
