RE: Documentation plans

Hi Scott,
   Idea is to keep documentation relating to trunk code base along with source to allow folks to make doc changes along with major features etc. While documentation for released version are moved out to doc repo, unless there are other ideas. Open for suggestions.

This is how its done in other projects in the hadoop ecosystem.

But, we could definitely start a cookbook or recipe kind of documentation
in the wiki.
