Running a focused planner test command can fail before executing the requested test because planner test compilation cannot resolve JavaCodeSplitter.

 

Command:

  ./mvnw -pl flink-table/flink-table-planner -am -Dspotless.skip=true -Dcheckstyle.skip=true -Drat.skip=true -Dsurefire.failIfNoSpecifiedTests=false
  -Dtest=CreateConnectionITCase test

  Failure:

  JsonParseReuseTest.java:[32,40] package org.apache.flink.table.codesplit does not exist
