[jira] Created: (CONTINUUM-2301) unify stdout/err logging in Jetty bundles

unify stdout/err logging in Jetty bundles
-----------------------------------------

                 Key: CONTINUUM-2301
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/CONTINUUM-2301
             Project: Continuum
          Issue Type: Bug
            Reporter: Brett Porter

there is little need to have a wrapper log and stderrout log, and removing the latter means that running in console mode keeps everything on screen which is desirable.
