env.readFile 递归读取hdfs，临时文件不存在问题

使用flink读取递归读取hdfs文件，报.tmp结尾的文件不存在异常，正常这些tmp文件flink应该不用读取吧？
File does not exist: /recommender/success_fid_flow/ds=2020-06-16/hour=14/2020-06-16_14.success_fid_jarvis-01.1592287200578.tmp
