JK2 on SuSE Linux 8.2 won't work
Dear colleagues,
I am stuck with JK2 on SuSE Linux 8.2.
I am not even able to build JK2.
After researching the archives of this and other relevant mailing lists and
news
groups with no useful result, I decided to post my problem on this list,
hoping
that someone of you can help me out.
Has anyone got Apache 2.0.44 to talk to Tomcat 4.1.24 using JK2 on SuSE
Linux
8.x? *Any* hint on how to do this is much appreciated! Eg: What should the
paths
be like in the build.xml and build.properties xor configure.in files? Do I
need to use
a specific version of Ant?
Depending on the method used I get different error messages:
*(1) ant*
java@myserver:~/J2EE/apache/jakarta-tomcat-connectors-jk2-2.0.2-src/jk>
~/jakarta-ant-1.5.1/bin/ant
