Extra elements in server/pom.xml

Hi,

Another nitpick before the release . there's a lot of <repository>
elements in server/pom.xml, I guess several of them won't be needed
once extra dependencies are removed.

It would be good to remove those as well - after removing them, the
test is to try to build ESME starting from an empty Maven repository
(after renaming or deleting $HOME/.m2/repository for example).

Good thing I tested with empty maven repository.

Now we have two missing jars :-<

I'm on it.

Trying right now with the tag and an empty Maven repository.

Hopes it works - otherwise I'll have to create a new tag and I'm running out
of appropriate tags. :->
