[Issue 126939] Applied Styles List Should Be Updated After Deleting Cells/Columns/Rows Instead of Resetting to Defaults

As stated in issue #98998, it can be reproduce with the below steps.

1) Open attachment 85498
2) Make sure the 'Apply Style' drop down menu is visible in the formatting
toolbar
3) Notice the two custom styles 'Test' and 'Test 2' are listed in the drop down
4) Select and delete column D
5) Select column B
6) Notice that the 'Apply Style' drop down has now been reset and both custom
styles are missing
