Description:
Due to DDoS attack, Apache infra deprecates .cgi scripts and uses .lua for now.
We can still access to closer.cgi, but it doesn't link actual file now.
It just links top page of mirror site, which means user should find storm packaged files with several clicks.
You can compare below,
* cgi: http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/storm/apache-storm-0.10.0-beta1/apache-storm-0.10.0-beta1.tar.gz
* lua: http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.lua/storm/apache-storm-0.10.0-beta1/apache-storm-0.10.0-beta1.tar.gz
We should fix it ASAP and update TLP site.
