[VOTE] Release apache-hamilton-contrib 0.0.9 (incubating) RC0
Hi all,
I'd like to call a vote on releasing apache-hamilton-contrib 0.0.9.
This is the first release of this package under the Apache namespace.
It was previously published as sf-hamilton-contrib on PyPI. Import names
are unchanged (hamilton.contrib).

== How to verify ==
git clone https://github.com/apache/hamilton.git
cd hamilton
scripts/verify-sub-packages/verify_contrib.sh 0.0.9 0
The script performs: GPG signature verification, SHA512 checksum
verification, Apache RAT license header check, build from source,
and functional tests (version check, namespace package imports,
contrib dataflow discovery).
Prerequisites: svn, gpg, java (for RAT), uv, flit
Release artifacts are signed with key:
FE668E857E89A11C5E5C000CA8D3D15600545C61
Checklist for reference (the verify script will help with these):
[ ] Incubating in name.
[ ] Download links are valid.
[ ] Checksums and signatures.
[ ] LICENSE/NOTICE/DISCLAIMER files exist
[ ] No unexpected binary files
[ ] All source files have ASF headers
[ ] Can compile from source

the Functional verification gets stuck for both version and user:

and if omiting that check it stumbles on the next one

The docs are not included in the tarball (but that's a full website generated so I am not sure if this should be part of it)
