Permission problem in Confluence

I can't edit the above-captioned page. It complains that I have to be a
member of all of a list of groups, and then lists ... no groups. Before I
complain to Apache infra, can someone on the project help?

I'll take care of it.   What's your confluence ID?

They've decided to lock down all the confluence stuff to people that have 
signed the CLA.  They removed write access for everyone else so now I 
need to make sure all the devs are in the right group.
