New mirror in south of france

Hi,

I have just setup a mirror for www.apache.org, the link is 
apache.i-connexion.net
The mirror is running an apache 2.0.43 on a DELL 4500 + RAID on a 2 x E2 
connection redondant with BGP at icx.fr
The datacenter and the company are in south of france. (Montpellier)

The mirror is also working for RedHat, Mandrake and tucows

The /dist/ directory (the only part of the mirror that is important)
currently returns Forbidden.  Please let us know when this is fixed.
