    \u20264ClassRunnerPlainTest for deprecation and update the link with the right test case & also fix some document links which are .html to .adoc
    
    As mentioned in the issue, I agree that there seems to be much work required to do on the documentation to keep the documents, website and code in sync. 
    
    This PR only covers what's complained in the issue.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/onders86/camel CAMEL-9477

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/camel/pull/1601.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
