   ### Description
   
   When consumers register and consume data with a large proportion of lagging offsets, Broker's disk io-util will suddenly increase. Under certain circumstances, io-util may continue to maintain a relatively high index, which will affect the entire Broker's external services.
   
   In order to quickly find such consumers who are registered with a large proportion of lag offsets, we need to add a specific label when they register so that the source can be quickly retrieved when a problem occurs. 
   
   This issue improves this kind of problem
