   ## Description
   the  CouchDB-Body-Time header always returne 0 at the following endpoints:
   `GET /{db}/{docid}`
   
   ## Steps to Reproduce
   Send a request to the following endpoints:
   `curl --request /{db}/{docid}`
   
   ## Expected Behaviour
   
   its should return the body runung time
   
   ## Your Environment

   * CouchDB version used: 3.1.0
