How to create custom header with WSDL2Java

Hello, 
I am axis newbie. I have a wsdl file which defines a
header. When i generate the file skelton, and stubs
using WSDL2Java i get everything except the header
information. Can anybody help me on this. I have no
idea how to get my custom header in my request and
reply. 

Any help will be highly appreciated,
