Interop Status

Thanks a ton Werner!!!!...So the situation (code already in CVS) so far is as follows.

- We got Scenario #1, #2, #3, #4 working against MSFT and BeTrusted endpoints (WSS4J as the
client)
- All tests pass in local mode as well.
- Need to start working on #5, #6, #7
- Interop wraps up tomorrow evening. Need to check if we can get it extended.
- Need to start working on setting up a server so that others can execute their client against us
AFTER we get 5, 6, 7 working.
