   ### Motivation
   
   Consumer with FailOver-Subscription is not reseting `lastCumulativeAck` so, ack-tracker task keeps sending invalid ack to broker.
   
   ### Modifications
   
   - Reset `lastCumulativeAck` and return to avoid sending duplicate ack.
