How to automate indexing in Lenya search?

Hi,
	I have read this help for automating indexing in lenya search,
http://permalink.gmane.org/gmane.comp.cms.lenya.user/9343 but I do not fully
understand that what should I mention in usecase-checkin.xmap file, should I
mention the same script which we execute for indexing from
tools/bin/index-default.bat file?

Can you send me the sample file for usecase-checkin.xmap?
