It would be great if SMX4 Kernel used the latest release of the Felix Bundle Repository (1.4.0) which has several fixes.  I'm specifically interested in FELIX-973 (https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-973) which fixes OBR parsing issues.  Without the upgrade, it is not possible to add URLs into ServiceMix for prominent OBRs such as the one published by osgi.org.

I will attach a patch for this change.
