Testing new release procedure

Hello folks,
I feel I am ready with the new release procedure
this is the wiki page:

This is a little change (still work in progress)  I need on master that
makes it automatic to change the version inside the C client:
https://github.com/apache/zookeeper/pull/1162

I apologize I created this branch on the share repo, I have just dropped it:
fix/ZOOKEEPER-3635-new-release-proc

Any comment is welcome
