text-transform

I would like to capitalize every word in an element.  When I tranform the
document to HTML I can use a stylesheet with text-transform:capitalize, I
tried the same in an fo:block and received a warning
Warning: property - "text-transfor" is not implemented yet.

has anyone had this problem and/or have a solution?
