-noinput option

Can someone please point me to the bug report for the -noinput option?

I'm not sure what you are after. I added -noinput to prevent input requests 
from hanging an unattended Ant build. There was no bug report that required 
it. Is that what you mean? It is all part of the input handling stuff I added 
a while back, for which there are indeed some bug reports.
