[PR] feat(console): optional purge when deleting an Iceberg table [polaris-tools]

aubdiy opened a new pull request, #295:
URL: https://github.com/apache/polaris-tools/pull/295

   ## Summary
   - Delete confirmation offers **Also purge data and metadata files from storage** only when the catalog has `polaris.config.drop-with-purge.enabled=true`.
   - Default stays unchecked (de-register only). When checked, DELETE includes `purgeRequested=true`.
   - Toast notes that purge may complete asynchronously.

   Fixes #294

   ## Design note
The purge checkbox is gated on the catalog property so operators are not offered a control that Polaris would reject. Catalogs without the property keep the previous simple delete dialog.

   ## Test plan
   - [x] `prettier`, `eslint`, and `tsc -b` in `console/`
   - [ ] Catalog without `drop-with-purge`: delete dialog has no purge checkbox; table is de-registered only
   - [ ] Catalog with `drop-with-purge=true`: checkbox appears; unchecked leaves objects; checked sends purge and storage is cleaned asynchronously
