Log:
MNG-1216 CimReport.getBundle throws exception when locale doesn't have bundle
renamed the english resource bundle from project-info-report_en.properties to project-info-report.properties, so it's always used as the default when a bundle for the current locale is missing

Added:
    maven/components/trunk/maven-plugins/maven-project-info-reports-plugin/src/main/resources/project-info-report.properties
      - copied unchanged from r322459, maven/components/trunk/maven-plugins/maven-project-info-reports-plugin/src/main/resources/project-info-report_en.properties
Removed:
