[PR] examples/romfs:add EXAMPLES_ROMFS_RAMDEVNO [nuttx-apps]

   ## Summary
     In order to avoid conflicts between the ramdisk created by the romfs demo at runtime and other processes, a custom register ramdisk number is added.
   
   ## Impact
     None.
   
   ## Testing
     Local test pass
