## Motivation Behind Feature

[Grant partial access to photos and videos](https://developer.android.com/about/versions/14/behavior-changes-all#partial-photo-video-access) is part of Android 14 [Behavior changes: all apps](https://developer.android.com/about/versions/14/behavior-changes-all).
And so, `apply to all apps when they run on Android 14, regardless of targetSdkVersion`!

> Android 14 introduces Selected Photos Access, which allows users to grant apps access to specific images and videos in their library, rather than granting access to all media of a given type.
So, either:
- replace implementation and better use [Photo picker](https://developer.android.com/training/data-storage/shared/photopicker) instead
- adapt own code for "gallery picker", managing select or reselect media scenarios with `READ_MEDIA_x` permissions and the new `READ_MEDIA_VISUAL_USER_SELECTED` permission

If not implemented correctly

The plugin doesn't make use of any picker APIs, just capturing. So integrating the photo picker is out of scope, but https://github.com/apache/cordova-plugin-media-capture/pull/295 removes the use of READ_* permissions.

Given the announced Policy update, described in #288, using _a system picker_ and possibly [Photo picker](https://developer.android.com/training/data-storage/shared/photopicker) seems to be the only viable change to do.
