   In the current,when the administrator grant the folder persssion to the user Lily.And then,another user create a file in the folder,the user Lily doesn't have the permisson to read the file.
   
   I hope that we can grant the perssion to the folder and the files in this folder created in the future.
   
   Another question is that Lily can only create file in the folder,but can not upload file.
