   1.make sure consumers are consuming the latest msgs
   2.suspend on Success thread ```NO_NEW_MSG```case
   3.suspend org.apache.rocketmq.client.impl.consumer.DefaultMQPushConsumerImpl#pullMessage line 247
       ```final long offset = this.rebalanceImpl.computePullFromWhere(pullRequest.getMessageQueue());```
   3.execute "reset offset" command by console
   4.check client accpet the reset command
   5.release step 2 all breakpoints 
   6.release step 3 all breakpoints
