is there a texinfo manual?

Texinfo is such a handy format....
Does subversion have a texinfo manual somewhere?  Or at least the
possibility of building one from source documentation,  I don't mean
from scratch.

After looking this over I see it is quite involved.  The documentation
even says its a pain in the butt to do.

Is there a texinfo manual already created on line or downloadable
somewhere?
