   @werewere The official repo is keeping a version that is dating a little bit. 
   You can try installling this pre-compiled version for Windows, mxnet 1.2.0 compiled with R 3.5.0 in the meantime: 
   `install.packages("https://s3.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/jeremiedb/share/mxnet/CPU/mxnet.zip", repos = NULL)`
