finding a cell with a given content in HSSP

hello,

  is there a quick way to find a cell with a given content? I mean is
there something like:

  public HSSFCell findCell(Object content)

  (usually I am just searching for a String)

  if anyone has an optimised convenience method like this and willing to
share it that would be fine too.
