Patch added for JIRA NMaven-73

http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/NMAVEN-73

This patch does not satisfy the breadth of the story but is a good half way
point. Now nunit tests will be run in a more interactive fashion, with
reporting occurring as each test is running. The output is also logged to
the nunit-results directory as per usual.

Is there someone in particular who can help with this? If not I can work on
setting up my linux environment.

Thanks,
Evan

Evan, thanks for the patch. I commented on the issue in the JIRA. After
getting the patch applied, we will need to get people hitting NUnit testing
on Linux and Mono. I remember Ricardo Gladwell (not sure if he is active on
this list) reported a number of problems with the dual MS/Mono support for
NUnit test plugin back on sf.net. This had to do with Mono writing out
warnings to standard error. We just need to make sure that behaviour on
Linux has not changed.
Regards,
Shane
