   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   This patch fixes some corner cases with HA loadbalancing and stickysession configs that were delivered as part of KNOX-843
   
   ## How was this patch tested?
   This patch was tested locally using dummy HA servers. Unit tests added and updated.
