This is a known regression in Superset 6.0.0: when using Mixed Charts with group by dimensions, the tooltip and chart area can show duplicate or mismatched labels due to fragile series key mapping in the frontend rendering logic. The root cause is how series keys and label formatters are constructed and matched in the tooltip renderer, especially when group by fields are present. There is currently no official fix or configuration workaround; partial workarounds (like adjusting label types or customizing the tooltip formatter) do not fully resolve the problem. A robust fix will require updating the series key matching logic in the tooltip renderer and related helpers in the frontend code, mainly in `transformProps.ts` and `series.ts` ([details](https://github.com/apache/superset/issues/35909)).
A recent pull request addresses a related tooltip issue, so it's worth monitoring future releases for a fix ([PR #30137](https://github.com/apache/superset/pull/30137)). If you need to patch this yourself, focus on the series key construction and deduplication logic in the MixedTimeseries chart plugin.
