Migrate the two thresholds for scanned tombstones ({{{}tombstone_warn_threshold{}}} and {{{}tombstone_failure_threshold{}}}) to a new guardrail, for example:

    # Guardrail to warn or abort when reading more tombstones than threshold. 
    # The two thresholds default to -1 to disable.     
    scanned_tombstones:
        warn_threshold: -1
        abort_threshold: -1
