h3. Motivation

Flink CDC Pipeline currently provides generic text completion and embedding functions, but lacks built-in functions for common text analysis tasks.

h3. Scope

* Add AI_CLASSIFY, AI_TRANSLATE, AI_SUMMARIZE, AI_SENTIMENT, AI_EXTRACT, and AI_MASK.
* Define prompt, NULL, invalid JSON response, and model capability semantics.
* Add end-to-end support, tests, and documentation.

h3. Compatibility

The existing AI_COMPLETE and AI_EMBED signatures and return types remain unchanged. This change defines NULL and error behavior and tightens the JSON-output guidance for text generation.
