[PR] ReusableMessageFactory: change static fields to instance fields (logging-log4j2)
ppkarwasz opened a new pull request, #1800:

There is no reason for `ReusableMessageFactory` to have static `ThreadLocal` fields.
Besides this breaks (parallel) tests since multiple instances of `ReusableMessageFactory` are not independent.
Since this PR only modifies `private` fields, it can be backported to `2.x`. It is part of #1778.
