Hi, administrator, and all,

We have some people working on some JIRA, but none of us have privilege to assign JIRA. It is not a big problem for a single contributor, who can assign self-created JIRA to himself. But once a group is working on a lot of JIRA, it is very hard to track. Just like us, we have some colleague working on different JIRAs, so would you please grant us the privilege to assign JIRA ?
