Implemented contact us functionality for unregistered user .
This patch contains following : -
1) Service "sendContactUsInfoEmailToCompany" : Which will create communication event record and send a mail to company .
2) Email template 
3) Contact us form for unregistered user.
4) product store and enumeration data.
