Apache and PHP on Win

When I run Apache display this:

apache/logs/httpd.pid overwritten -- Unclean shutdown of previous run?
Cannot find module <IP-MIB>: At line 0 in <none>
Cannot find module <IF-MIB>: At line 0 in <none>
Cannot find module <TCP-MIB>: At line 0 in <none>
Cannot find module <UDP-MIB>: At line 0 in <none>
Cannot find module <SNMPv2-MIB>: At line 0 in <none>
Cannot find module <SNMPv2-MIB>: At line 0 in <none>
Apache/1.3.22 <Win 32> PHP/4.1.0 running...



Now how I do?
