Based on discussion on mailing list (https://www.mail-archive.com/dev@systemml.incubator.apache.org/msg01467.html), our next major release should be our 1.0.0 release.

Therefore, change project version in pom.xml from 0.14.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT to 1.0.0-incubating-SNAPSHOT.
