Hi Everybody,
Finally mi project about GSOC Refactor Apache Rat Core to a Classic Object
Oriented Design <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/RAT-131> , It was
choosen and I´m so happy and excited because I can colaborated with you!
Last Monday I sent an email to Robert Burrell Donkin because I need this
information about the project:
Now that you've been accepted, please take the opportunity to speak with
your mentors about plans for the Community Bonding Period: what
documentation should you be reading, what version control system will you
need to set up, etc., before start of coding begins on 17 June.
But I didn´t receive any response, Anybody has news about Robert?

Manuel, you can checkout the project using without user data.
Rather than checking in, create patches locally, and attach them to a
suitable Jira issue. Ir's definitely part of the mentor duties to review
and eventually commit your patches.

Hi Phil and Jochen,
Thanks for reply my email :-)
Phil: I know the source code when I made the propose to GSOC I downloaded
the project and I ran it. I ask to the comunity because you have more
information or documentation about the project that it will be usefull for
me!
Jochen: I think that you can help me with the project until Robert will be
available again! In the project you use SVN, I think that I need a user,
I´m not sure if I start to work with my project in a Branch of
Apache-Rat-Core or maybe it´s better that I create another trunk so I make
a new project different the current project.
Manuel.

A good point to start of is the current trunk - before you commit
anything feel free to dive into the sources.
I'm sure Robert is going to answer to you. I personally wasn't aware
that Creadur got a GSOC-student.
Feel free to contact Jochen for infrastructure things (I forwarded his
reply to the list to you).
Cheers,
Phil
