[ANNOUNCEMENT] Mnemonic 0.16.0 released and 0.17.0 planned items

Hi all,

We are pleased to announce the release of Mnemonic 0.16.0.
Thanks for all your contributions to this release.

The planned items for 0.17.0 are also discussed in our sync-up meeting, and
summarized as follows:

   1. New feature candidates (Apache Flink and Redis integration)
   2. Upgrade to JDK 17
   3. Website improvement and bug fixing
