[REVOTE] Tapestry 5.0.13

I've created and uploaded a new release of Tapestry 5.0.13 correcting
the Hibernate problem; I really think it is now ready to be voted
upon.

The files are uploaded to:

http://people.apache.org/~hlship/tapestry-releases/

and a Maven repository:

http://people.apache.org/~hlship/tapestry-ibiblio-rsynch-repository/

Please examine these files to determine if a new preview release,
5.0.13, is ready.

I've also created a 5.0.13 tag in Subversion:

http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/tapestry/tapestry5/tags/releases/5.0.13/

On a successful vote, I'll move the files from these directories to
the proper distribution directories.

Vote will run for three days; on success I'll move the voted artifacts
into place and send out appropriate notifications.

Looks good to me, the AjaxFormLoop issue I raised is fixed, as well as the
problem I was having with a select box updating a zone. (the same underlying
issue I guess)

+1 from me

A JIRA issue would be useful. Great detective work. I think we need
to get 5.0.13 out to wider exposure at this point, even if we have to
do a .14 very quickly.

Thanks for your input; your vote is not binding: only Tapestry PMC
members votes are binding; however feedback from the Tapestry
community at large is welcomed and valuable.

Plus the order (timing) of the selected event fired by the Submit
components has changed.
It fires after the validateform event.
The old behavior was the opposite as stated in the documentation of
the component.

This seems caused by TAPESTRY-2311.

For replicating the error simply put a submit component inside a form
which has both the onValidateForm and onSuccess event handler methods
and you'll see the onSelected event handler method called after the
onValidateForm but before the onSuccess.

Howard do you like a Jira issue?

I forgot to add that switching the dependency back from 5.0.13 to
5.0.12-SNAPSHOT makes the issue disappear...

I've upgraded our latest application to 5.0.13 from 5.0.12-SNAPSHOT
and it bangs now with:

I'm going to hold my vote (for what is worth). Thanks for any suggestions

Not if it didn't make it past a vote. I think of the release as in a
quantum state right now :-)

For .12 -> .13 I went and fixed a bunch of outstanding bugs. For
this, I made one check in that was well associated with an existing
bug already fixed in .13.

It's a judgment call. But if your volunteering to come on board and
run all the builds .... :-)

Sorry Howard, you seem to have changed part of the code
(scriptaculous) not only corrected the build, shouldn't this be a .14?

Just an idea, why not use the wiki ?
A page for each release.

Sorry. Voting by email is clumsy and error prone. I wish there was
