New Website

Hi,

thanks to Vadim, we have the new website running. Great!

Now, the starting site http://cocoon.apache.org looks a little
bit borring. What do you think of moving the news page from
the version related part to this top level and some nice
introduction on the main site.
if we don't move the news page we have to synchronize the
various news sites in 2.0,2.1 etc.

No, I was searching for a volunteer :)

It seems that the mailing list is set up, at least I got mails for my
changs.

I already started some of this, but the commit mails don't work since 
the mailing list isn't quite correctly set up. Please make sure to 
update prior to committing (if that was what you had in mind)

This introduction should be about cocoon.apache.org, not the Cocoon 
project, right? As we have Lenya now...
