[I] [Bug] Dashboard Broker Top 10 标签显示 undefined [rocketmq-dashboard]

   ## 问题描述
   
   React Dashboard 的 Broker Top 10 图表使用 `broker.index` 生成横轴标签，但 `tools.generateBrokerMap` 生成的数据字段是 `brokerId`，没有 `index`。因此图表标签会显示为 `brokerName:undefined`。
   
   ## 复现步骤
   
   1. 打开包含主从 Broker 的 Dashboard 页面。
   2. 查看 Broker Top 10 图表横轴。
   3. 观察标签中的 Broker ID 为 `undefined`。
   
   ## 预期行为
   
   横轴使用真实的 `brokerId`，例如 `broker-a:0` 与 `broker-a:1`，并保持原有按消息量排序。
   
   ## 环境
   
   - 分支：`master`
   - 基线：`770822bbc812bfd0c2a94aa0128ab6f59b50d076`
   - 前端：React 19 / ECharts 5
   
   ## 相关历史
   
   旧界面曾出现相同症状并记录为 #385；当前问题发生在新的 React Dashboard 实现中，是独立回归。
   
   ## 建议修复方向
   
   改用 `brokerId` 生成标签，并为排序、数值转换和标签结果增加回归测试。
