There is newer download, it is RC1 in downloads section.
It must contain all command-line switches in it.

Yes, this command-line switches will become available when RC become release.
This will happen in about a week.
Sorry for this inconvinience, since I try to document all the features as
soon as I implement them, before putting download file.
