The user not respond

Hello
Ago days, I was checking this bug 118266 but I did not find the mistake so I asked for more information but the user has not responded. I don't know that do with this, someone can check it?

Yes. I usually give the user at least two weeks to respond.
Sometimes a month. This is where the "needmoreinfo" keyword is
useful. At the start of each month I run a query looking for all
issues where;

1) I am the QA Contact

2) Issue is UNCONFIRMED status

3) needmoreinfo keyword is set

4) Issue has not been updated in more than 4 weeks

I then close those issues as IRREPRODUCIBLE.

It makes me instantly feel productive ;-)

You can resolve it in some way. Probably Resolved - Irreproducible,
since OpenOffice 3.3 was working on Windows 7 and this bug report is
isolated.

   Andrea.
