Add OFBiz MRP events and Run Logs REST APIs and services needed by the MRP PWA and other API clients.

*Scope includes:*

- REST API resource definitions for planning facilities, launching MRP, run history, and event plans.
- MRP run lifecycle logging using MrpRunLog.
- Launch service that queues executeMrp as persisted async work and records queue/run outcomes.
- Read services for recent MRP runs.
- Read services for grouped product/facility event plans.
- Event-plan detail timeline data with running balances.
- REST-compatible paging, filtering, sorting, and search support.
- Focused backend tests for service wiring, run lifecycle behavior, REST contracts, and event-plan read models.
